Summary: The Animal Welfare Coordinator will assist the Research and Animal Care teams in the implementation of Farm Sanctuary’s on-site animal welfare program elevating the needs and preferences of the individual animals with regard to their behavioral, emotional, and social lives. This program will provide positive welfare through animal learning opportunities, environmental enrichment, animal welfare assessments and individual welfare plans.

Use science-based, non-aversive, and force-free training techniques to provide the animal residents with agency in their daily lives and move towards cooperative veterinary care
