Animal Advocacy Careers is seeking a part-time operations manager to join our remote team, starting on a one year contract. This role will focus on setting up, maintaining, and developing various systems to enable us to help animals as effectively as possible.

Animal Advocacy Careers (AAC) is an organisation that seeks to address the career and talent bottlenecks in the animal advocacy movement, especially the farmed animal movement. There are many billions of animals kept in appalling conditions; we provide careers services for individuals and organisations seeking to help them.
In 2021, we are planning to offer animal advocacy organisations support with recruitment for their most difficult to hire roles, and training for staff with management responsibilities. We may offer additional services as the year progresses.
