We are looking for a Florida Based US Tax Accountant to help us with future tax planning and savings strategies. Key Responsibilities - Categorize expenses and income on a weekly basis - Generate monthly financial reports to measure the health of the business - Assist with IRS and/or Secretary of State filings - Calculate Quarterly tax pre-payments - To assist with Tax Planning Strategies & Savings recommendations based on current income projections. - To analyze previously filed returns to ensure the savings were optimized - Provide expertise on best practices for LLC fillings and additional credits to consider Preferred Skills - Certified US Accountant - Experience with self-employed tax returns - Super high attention to details and strict DEADLINES! - Highly Trustworthy and reliable - Previous experience in Tax Planning Strategies - Based in Florida
Please note this role is a part-time role with approximately 5-10 hours a week.
