Coyote Sky Tacos is looking for a passionate individual with food service experience to lead our vegan taco truck operation located in Kanab, the gateway to southern Utah's national parks and Best Friends Animal Sanctuary.
Key Responsibilities: Ability to prepare and cook food to menu specifications and standards. Oversee food truck operations from start to finish. Able to work quickly while implementing set standards towards quality, portion and presentation. Prepare for food service; clean and prep food, set up and stock stations. Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness are a must. Keen attention to detail. Ability to open and close the food truck independently and perform all cleaning duties.
