We're looking to hire a chef inspired by using local ingredients; who wants to raise the bar for vegan cheeses, breakfasts, and inspire culinary curiosity for travelers and locals alike. We provide a variety of food experiences including: full catering to groups and retreats, pop-up dinners and brunches, meals for nightly guests, as well as cooking classes. Responsibilities Guest breakfasts Retreat and event catering Processing foods grown on-site Managing kitchen staff Managing kitchen inventory Recipe development Location This position is located at the Feather Leaf Inn on the island of St Croix. The Inn sits on 20 oceanfront acres with staff housing available on-site.
