You will be a part of our dedicated team who produce delicious cheese and butter from plants, not cows. You'll learn how to "milk" cashews and transform them into artisanal dairy alternative products that are sold at thousands of stores across the country.
As a production associate you will be directly involved in making the product. You will learn how to mill, ferment, form, and perform artisanal tasks like brining, coatinging, and wrapping. The position works under the direction of the Production Manager and/or the Production Supervisor. This role assists the Production Supervisor/Manager with ensuring the safety and productivity of all production employees and achieving long term and short term goals of the department. Ability to work as part of a team is essential. Attendance is an essential function of this job.
