My growing business, Live Vegan Vibrantly (LVV), which is my passion, strives to change the world by providing inspiration, support and multiple platforms of education for people who desire a purposeful healthy, vegan lifestyle. This coming year we are once again hosting the world’s most anticipated global vegan event where the worlds’ top leaders, doctors and influencers come together to change lives through interviews, classes and more.

I am seeking someone with prior summit management expertise to complement my genius. The person right for this job will share a passion for making healthy living accessible to others but first and foremost, will have managed and organized at least 10 online summits and have experience with online strategic marketing. I need someone who takes charge of creating processes, our team and can advise when necessary. I am specifically looking for someone who is upbeat, organized, and can GET IT DONE! Must have strong leadership skills and be as efficient as they are passionate!

ADDITIONAL DUTIES

  • Manage and delegate tasks to team
  • Manage, invite and collect details from the guest speakers
  • Schedule interviews, social media posts
  • Manage Webinar - Schedule, set up, test, send promos
  • Liaise and share with experts and/or admin staff
  • Handle and give general support to clients over social media and email
  • Be an online cheerleader - promote and try to sell VIP experience
  • Create and share promo center- handle and collect testimonials
  • In charge of communication, setting up, inviting clients and experts over multiple platforms

Since I’m looking for you to take the lead on these items, it is super important you have managed at least 10 prior summits and be keenly interested in making my vision happen!

PROJECT DATES

July 2018-March 2019. Hours per week: TBD (Part-time escalating to full-time as the summit nears)

COMPENSATION

Negotiable (compensation will be based on experience and referrals).
