We are seeking a Programs Manager that can help our organization stay on schedule, on budget, and ultimately move towards an upward trajectory of growth and success. As we expand our service offerings, we need an individual to oversee the execution of the business’ goals. This role will work closely with the owner to set priorities, hire/manage new team members and manage day-to-day activities in the organization.
In this leadership role, the ideal candidate will optimize inefficient processes, reduce rework, ensure team members are motivated and drive sustainable results. The success of this role will be based on the company’s ROI.
As a small organization, the program manager will need the temperament to feel comfortable driving results in a flexible environment. As a business positioned for growth, the first 60 days will be focused on standardizing all systems, coordinating project plans and identifying resource gaps within the organization.
This is a remote, part-time position; we are looking for someone who can work for about 8 to 15 hours a week.
Typical day-to-day program management activities include:
Planning and monitoring program execution.
Project coordination and managing project interdependencies.
Creating and managing a budget.
Cross-project resource management.
Identifying and addressing problems and risks.
Standard operating procedure documentation.
Team communications and problem-solving.
Aligning or realigning deliverables with program outcomes.
