Job Description

I'm looking for a social media maven and event marketing manager for a conference I'm producing for the 3rd year in a row.

I need help with marketing, generating leads, driving ticket sales, managing/executing a promotional calendar to reach our ticket goals, responding to customer service requests/questions, creating follow-up emails based on subscriber action, setting up / managing Facebook re-marketing ad campaigns, setting up / monitoring Google Analytics, and possibly setting up an affiliate marketing campaign for the conference.

The ideal candidate will have command of best practices and trends in social media marketing, enjoy being creative, have superb organizing and communication skills, and understand how to both build and convert a digital audience.

In general, ongoing, I’m looking to grow my followers, engage and retain them, and help convert them into leads, subscribers, customers, and active fans and promoters of my work, brand, and mission. This conference is just one piece of a larger picture.
