Job Description

Goddess Provisions offers a monthly subscription box packed with tools like crystals, aromatherapy, herbal remedies, vegan beauty products, and spiritual tools to help nurture your inner goddess.

We’re currently seeking to add an Account Manager to our team who has a background in coordinating projects with multiple brand partners on behalf of a company. Our Account Manager will support our lead Box Curator and be responsible for coordinating with all of the brand partners featured in our boxes.

Our dream candidate has a positive attitude, good memory as well as strong organization, time management, learning and strategic thinking skills. They’re someone who is willing to start working with us part time in a virtual capacity, which comes with the perk of being able to work anywhere that has a reliable wifi connection. Within 6-12 months as Goddess Provisions continues to grow, this position has a lot of potential to grow into a role that can support a full time income.

You absolutely must have one or more years of experience:
- Working in a role where you are responsible for coordinating projects or promotions with multiple brand partners on behalf of a company.
- Using Google drive, Google docs, Google forms and Dropbox

Extra points if you have experience with:
- Coordinating with professionals like photographers, designers and warehouse team members to coordinate elements of a project
- Using project management tools like Basecamp
- Using customer relationship management tools like or Sales Force
- Working with crystals, aromatherapy, sacred geometry and more
- Working from home or independently
- Shopping with Goddess Provisions
