Job Description

Goddess Provisions offers a monthly subscription box packed with tools like crystals, aromatherapy, herbal remedies, vegan beauty products, and spiritual tools to help nurture your inner goddess.

We’re currently seeking to add a Customer Service representative to our team who has experience with supporting customers via email and social media. Our dream candidate has a positive attitude, good memory, is empowered to work independently and is highly organized. They’re someone who is willing to start working with us part time in a virtual capacity, which comes with the perk of being able to work anywhere that has a reliable wifi connection.

You absolutely must have one year or more of experience in:
- Working in a an online customer service role
- Using customer service tools like Help Scout or ZenDesk
- Using social media on behalf of a brand

Extra points if you have experience with:
- Managing or working with a private Facebook group
- Using Slack
- Working with crystals, aromatherapy, sacred geometry and more
- Working from home or independently
- Shopping with Goddess Provisions

How to Apply

  2. Summary of any experience you have managing a private Facebook group on behalf of a brand.
  3. Links to any social media pages you’ve managed on behalf of a brand and a quick summary of how you’ve helped maintain engagement and customer happiness.
  4. A link to a video introducing yourself and summarizing all of the above in 1-3 minutes (no fancy editing required!). It can be hosted on Google Drive, Dropbox or posted as a private YouTube video.
  5. Your resume.
