ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES We are looking for a talented Wellness Therapist who is as passionate providing top class wellness treatments, as they are our ethics and ethos. Honestly Ombré is known for our high quality, luxurious and out of this world relaxing wellness treatments (Massage, Facials, Reflexology, Indian head, CBD) and we want to give our incredible clients the opportunity to switch off, and truly to focus on themselves. We are looking for a friendly, passionate and calming person, who can deliver outstanding customer service, to become a core member of our team and contribute to the business success and growth. We’re looking for an individual with experience in the wellness industry, and who wants to be part of a dynamic team, committed to making people feel good about themselves! We’re looking for a friendly individual, who loves people (we like them a lot!), with high emotional intelligence and self-awareness, who thrives fast paced role, who wants to be part of the HO brand in leading the way for ethical beauty & wellness in the South West, and can deliver high quality treatments whilst promoting self-care and wellness. This individual should have excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, an excellent track record for delivering customer service, experience with social media management and brand engagement, a proactive approach when dealing with challenges and bumps, be responsive in a dynamic environment, has a creative flare and overriding passion for the industry. Holds industry recognised qualifications Experience in a customer facing service role, who understands the importance of excellent service, and can live and breathe our brand Experience with calendar management in a fast paced environment with several moving parts Someone who likes people (we like them a whole bunch!) Someone who is confident when talking to customers, and has a great ear for listening Someone who is adaptable and resilient to change, thrives with new challenges and who wants to be part of a dynamic and fast growing start up Desirable: Other relevant beauty therapy qualifications Experience within a salon environment Lover of natural beauty Customer service qualifications Likes plants Knows a vegan hashtag when they see one LET’S BE HAVING YA This is a full-time role, covering 37.5 hours per week.
