The Role- Chef de Partie
Wulf & Lamb is a new restaurant/eatery based in the heart of Chelsea. We have an exciting opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join or business.

We opened our first site in Chelsea in September with a core team and are now looking to expand that team. We are in search of bright, enthusiastic and ambitious individuals who love food and hospitality with the desire to progress in a new and exciting company.
The successful candidate will be involved in:
•First site with a dynamic young and energetic company•Opportunities for career development and progression•7 shifts in 5 days with 2 consecutive days off (once shift patterns settle down)•Daily staff meals•Discount policy when dining in our cafe/restaurant.
Chef de Partie - Key responsibilities:
•Manage a section of the kitchen and have the ability to work across all sections•Ensuring high standards of food preparation are upheld•Keeping section clean and organised•Detailed knowledge of the menu•Help develop and train junior members of the kitchen team
The Successful Chef de Partie will:
•Have at least 1 year of experience at the level of application•Experience working with a fresh and seasonal food•Enjoy working in a very busy environment•Be an excellent communicator•Build effective and constructive relationships•Happily work as part of a small team
Chef de Partie salary and benefits:
