Preparing and/or cooking vegan food under supervision of the head chef. Desire to grow with the company as we continue our rapid expansion. When we open our first restaurant two years ago, our food was comprised of 60% vegan and 40% vegetarian food. Recently, our food is comprised of approximately 95% vegan and 5% vegetarian food. We would like to strive to become a vegan restaurant in the near future if we can recruit more vegan cooks. Have a positive can-do attitude. Friendly and compassion personality. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Knowledge of Vegan foods a plus. Member of Vegan society is welcome.
