Looking for a job through which you could improve the lives of thousands, or even millions, of animals? Our Charity Entrepreneurship Incubation Program is open to anyone and provides you with everything you need to start your own animal welfare charity working on new global issues and new solutions to existing challenges.

The program is free and full-time. Two months of intensive training and mentorship providing you with an evidence-based idea, a cofounder, and up to $200,000 in seed funding for your new organisation. We’ve incubated more than 40 charities through the program since 2019, with the most successful - organisations like Fish Welfare Initiative and Shrimp Welfare Project - each improving the lives of millions of animals every year.

Applications are open now until September 15th, with our initial application form taking as little as 30 minutes to complete.

About the Organization

Ambitious Impact (AIM) is an organization created to help individuals like you make a bigger difference with your career. We run two programs: Charity Entrepreneurship and AIM Founding to Give. Both give talented potential organisation leaders the skills, knowledge, and resources they need to build world-leading organisations.

We've launched more than 40 charities since starting 5 years ago. Several are now improving the lives of millions around the world, receiving funding and recognition from organisations like the Animal Charity Evaluators and Open Philanthropy.
