Darbster – Plant based Bistro – Seeking Experienced Manager
Darbster has been in operation and profitable since 2009 in West Palm Beach, FL. There is staff of 10-15 people, depending on the season and number of PT employees. We are seeking a person with strong management skills able to lead and motivate a team for success. Experience with hiring, scheduling, training, costing, budgeting all a must. Experience in the restaurant industry a plus but not mandatory. Ideally someone with a connection to a plant-based diet and familiar with the benefits of plant based diets. College degree helpful. Good communication skills (including social media) and ability to pick up computer programs are other desired attributions.
