Mediamatic Eten is plant-based restaurant in the centre Amsterdam with one of the best views of the city. We love to work with organic and local products, like mint, peppers and spinach from our own Aquaponics Greenhouse. We serve fermented products and plant-based food. The venue is not only a bar and restaurant, but also functions as an art center that focusses on new developments in the arts and science. In 2020 we started a new restaurant experience, called Serres Séparées. Here we provide an intimate dinner in private greenhouses on the waterside.
