Vegans, Baby is a multi-faceted endeavor that aims to make it easier to be vegan through a web site covering vegan and vegan-friendly restaurants, events, food tours and more. Founded by Diana Edelman, Vegans, Baby launched May 2016 in Las Vegas and has since gained international recognition for its contributions to the vegan dining scene in Las Vegas and beyond.
