Lanta Animal Welfare is a nonprofit animal charity in southwest Thailand dedicated to improving the lives of animals and relieving their pain and suffering.
We are a rescue and rehabilitation center for sick, injured, abused and neglected dogs and cats. We also run sterilization and rabies vaccination mobile clinics on Koh Lanta and surrounding islands and regions. We receive no government support and rely on private donations to help as many suffering animals as we can.
Free vegan lunches are provided for staff and volunteers on weekdays, as well as basic breakfast supplies seven days a week. Staff and volunteers receive discounts at our vegan Kitty City Cafe that serves fresh fruit smoothies along with vegan wraps, cupcakes and brownies.
